Napa Valley & Petaluma

Hej,

So as for today we made the effort to make trip further north in Cali. It was one of my favorite planned trips we did, however the weather was less perfect then I had hoped for so my outfit changed last minute, but I feel that in the end it came out okay. 

We drove from Saratoga up to San francisco, made the traditional pit stop to get that beautiful view over San Fran city and the Golden Gate Bridge, to Petaluma were I had lunch with old friends of mine I hadn't seen for almost a decade, and then on to Napa Valley in the 'Wine country' for wine tasting.

I chose to pair my BM asym open back dress that I wore in this post, with my chunky Zara ankle boots, and to make it a tad more casual I covered the open back with my sisters oversized vintage pulli. As for accessories I opted to add a large leaf bangle in silver to go with the grey weather. Long long day, but totally worth it !

Hej,

Tänä päivänä tehtii matka pohjoisempaan kaliforniaan. Asuni taas vaihtui sään mukaan, ja tämän matkan varelle olisin halunnu että aurinko olisi paistanut mutta ei säälle voi mitää. Ajoimme Saratogasta, San Fransiskoon missä teimme traditiollissen pysähdyksen kukkuloille missä näkyy upeasti Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatras ja kaupunki. Sen jälkeen lähdimme lounaaksi Petalumaan missä tapasin vanhoja lapsuuden kaveritani keitä en ollut nähnyt melkein kymmeneen vuoteen ! Ja illan vietimme Napa Valleyssa viini maistiais tilaisuudessa. 

Asuna päätin käyttää minun BM asym mekkoani, mitä pidin tässä postissa, minun chunky zara bootsien kanssa ja kun kerran oli päivä aika peitin avo selkä kohteen isolla villapaidalla. Oli lopuksi tosi pitkä päivä mutta totally worth it!
